Basement & Radon Solutions, BRS Pros, went in and waterproofed Terrance’s crawl space. We did that by first installing a 9-mil white 100% wover reinforced liner. Under the liner we put a radon piping system for any future radon testings that are elevated. Secondly, BRS Pros installed an Aprilaire 1820 Dehumidifier that removes up to 70 pints of moisture per day! Thirdly, we installed a Hygrometer Humidity Sensor. This sensor is to help Terrance keep track of how his crawlspace is doing from the inside of his home. The Hygrometer tells Terrance the tempeture and relative humidity in his crawlspace. It was such a pleasure helping Terrance make his new home happy, healthy, and safe!
