BRS Pros helped Diane and here is what we did… We epoxy sealed the concrete with our carbon fiber epoxied straps on the wall. The wall was grooved 1/4″ to 3/8″ at the crack opening, cleaned and repaired with the high strength epoxy and carbon fiber reinforced straps. The scope of this work is to monitor the wall for additional movement in the future. It was a pleasure helping Diane make her home happy, healthy, & safe to sell!
