How was the cleanup process?
Comments: The appointment was scheduled quickly and at my convenience. Mr. McCall looked at my basement and took a few moisture/humidity readings. He determined what the problem was and explained that while his company could install a drain from the interior, he felt that I needed to address some issues on the exterior to determine if that would solve my moisture problem. If his suggestions don’t work, I will call him to install the drain system he described. What a pleasure to not be sold I product I might not even need as some contractors would try to do.
