Comments: The lifespan of a fan is about 15 years, and even tho it was working fine, I talked them into replacing it because I erroneously thought the old was getting noisy. I appreciate their approach: “We can walk our of here and save you $384, or we can replace it.” The new one makes the same rush of air noise, but I can sleep better at night. Quick work, good people.
