Comments: We had 3 houses that needed basement work…damp crawl space and one with an unacceptable level of radon (it was 12 and anything above 4 is not good.) We interviewed 3 companies and hired BRS both on price estimate and the professionalism of the estimator/project manager. We were a little dismayed when the project manager moved out of town before the project even started but Rod, the owner, stepped in and said he would make sure everything happened as promised. And he did! This company is great! The crew was always on time and left the property in great shape…hauling away trash generated and sweeping up dirt from the crawl space. Roy was the lead person on our project and he was extremely responsible. Each day when he left, Roy would explain what they had done that day and what would happen the next day. The company did not try to sell us more things than we needed (ex— did not push 2 dehumidifiers as opposed to one) The crew worked in a timely manner. All work was done as expected and even came in $100 under the estimate. Remember the radon? The mitigation they performed reduced it from 12 to 0.2. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.Also, the office staff was wonderful on the phone and answering questions. Very cheerful, very helpful.
