Basement & Radon Solutions installed a radon mitigation system in Steve’s crawl space. We connected the existing radon piping system installed below the encapsulated ground liner. Then, it was connected to the 4 PVC suction pipe that was extended to the left exterior of the home. This is where the radon fan was installed. The radon vent pipe was then mounted to the left exterior wall of the home. This allows the radon gas to be expelled safely above the roofline and away from the home. Then, the manometer gauge (homeowner radon fan monitoring vacuum gauge) was installed on the suction line of the system in the crawl space for easy viewing. Lastly, we did a radon test after installing out mitigation system. The radon test came back as 1.5 pCi/L! It was a pleasure helping Steve make his home happy, healthy, and safe!Steve also left us a 5 Star review!”
