Basement & Radon Solutions replaced the radon fan and piping to make it up to EPA standards. We replaced the fan with a RN3 fan from Radon Away. This fan comes with a 5-year Manufacture’s Limited Warranty. 100% enclosed for assured protection. Designed with a UL listed durable plastic. UV resistant and white in color. We also replaced the existing pipe with our 4″ PVC pipe to be up to EPA standards. It was a pleasure helping Renee make her home happy, healthy, & safe again!
