Phil bought a home in Hendersonville and the inspection report showed some pretty serious issues with water, moisture in the crawlspace and foundation cracks, and also elevated radon.

Solutions provided:

We encapsulated the crawlspace, sealing off foundation piers and vents to keep out moisture, installed a FinishShield Wall Liner, Thermax rigid insulation, and Aprilaire 1850 dehumidfier, a condensate pump, and used Rhino Carbon Fiber straps on the foundation cracks. We also mitigated the radon in the home bringing the level down to a level of .4 pCi/l
