Basement & Radon Solutions, BRS Pros, installed a Sub-slab Exterior Radon Mitigation system. This system works by drawing out the radon and other soil gases located underneath the slab and venting it to above the roof line. The radon fan used in the system comes with a 5 year manufacture warranty. Our Radon Mitigation System was able to bring down the radon levels from 4.4 pCi/L to 1.7 pCi/L! It was our pleasure helping make this home happy, safe, and healthy for the new homeowners.
