Why did the customer contact us?

Customer had their crawlspace encapsulated by another company, but the off-gassing smell from the ground liner was so bad, they couldn’t even stay in the home, and had to go to a hotel until it was removed.

Solutions provided:

We removed the existing crawlspace liner, replaced it with our liner (which is free of off-gassing odor), sealed the rim joist with spray foam insulation, and installed a much-needed dehumidifier to control moisture. They were very happy to be able to live in their home again!
