Basement & Radon Solutions installed a radon mitigation system in Michael’s crawl space. We connected the existing radon piping system that was installed below the ground liner. Then, it was connected to the 4 PVC suction pipe that was extended to the right exterior of the home. This is where the radon fan was installed. The radon vent pipe was then mounted to the right exterior wall of the home. This allows the radon gas to be expelled safely above the roofline and away from the home. Then, the manometer gauge (homeowner radon fan monitoring vacuum gauge) was installed on the suction line of the system in the crawl space for easy viewing. Lastly, we did a radon test after installing our mitigation system. The radon test came back as 1.0 pCi/L! It was a pleasure helping Michael make his home happy, healthy, and safe!Michael also left us a 5 Star Review.”
