Basement & Radon Solutions replaced the radon fan and vent pipe for Mary. We also added a Radon System Alarms – Radon System Alarms are now required on all newly installed residential radon systems. This unit is a vacuum monitoring device utilizing piezo resistive pressure sensor (PPS) technology. This alarm will provide an audible and visual indication to alert the homeowner when the radon system is not moving sufficient air in the event of a power loss to the system.
