During a real estate transaction it was discovered that the home had elevated radon levels above the EPA recommended 4.0 pCi/L. Their radon test had come back at a 14.0 pCi/L. Marcus contacted us at Basement & Radon Solutions for a Radon Mitigation Solution.

Within half a day Basement & Radon Solutions was able to install a Sub-Slab Exterior Radon Mitigation System. The radon fan we installed included a 5-year Manufacture’s Limited Warranty. After everything was installed BRS Pros did a post mitigation radon test and we had brought the radon down to 1.6 pCi/L! It was our pleasure helping Marcus get his home safe, happy, & healthy.
