Foundation Vents – Foundation vents on the exterior walls were completely sealed with poly-foam insulation from the interior of the crawl space preventing exterior air and moisture entering crawl space. Vents on walls between original crawl space and the crawl space addition were left open to allow dehumidifier to circulate air throughout both spaces.
Exterior Vents – Plastic exterior recessed vent covers secured and sealed to the exterior masonry wall over the two existing foundation vents on front of home to seal vent openings and improve exterior aesthetics on home. Color is black. Cover will not rust.
