Basement & Radon Solutions installed a Sub-Slab mitigation system inside Lesly’s garage. The radon suction line was installed in the basement slab. After diagnostics for system performance, a 5 diameter hole was drilled through the concrete slab to the earth below. A suction pit was then created. A 4″ schedule 40 PVC suction line was installed in the slab, sealed and was extend into the garage and into the garage attic. The radon fan was mounted in the the garage attic. The radon fan vent pipe was then extended through and properly flashed above the roof of the home. The manometer gauge (homeowner radon fan monitoring vacuum gauge) was installed on the suction line pipe in the garage. After installing the mitigation system the radon gas level came back at 1.0 pCi/L! It was a pleasure helping Lesly get his home safe, healthy, and happy for the new resident! Lesly also left us a 5 Star Review!”
