Kristy had a radon system installed previously by another company and didn’t think it was set up properly. So Kristy contacted us here at Basement & Radon Solutions to set upĀ a correct radon mitigation system.

Basement & Radon Solutions replaced an existing radon fan with a larger radon fan and added 2 premium rubber dampeners. We replaced the smaller existing radon fan with with a HP 220 radon fan, which is larger. The radon fan also comes with aĀ 5-year Manufacture’s Limited Warranty! It is 100% enclosed for assured protection & designed with a UL listed durable plastic. The fan is also UV resistant & is white in color. The 2 premium rubber noise suppressing dampeners were installed between the radon fan and the radon vent pipe to suppress mechanical noise from the radon fan and vent pipe. It was a pleasure helping Kristy get her home healthy, happy, and safe!
