Basement & Radon Solutions went to Jonathans homes and replace his existing radon fan with a GP501 fan from RadonAway. This fan comes with a 5 year Manufacture’s Limited Warranty. It’s Stay-White™ in color and the housing seams are sealed to inhibit radon leakage. We also extended the radon vent pipe from the fan, up and above the roofline to expel the radon gas safely and bringing the radon mitigation system up to code. It was a pleasure helping Jonathan make his home happy, healthy, & safe again!
