Basement & Radon Solutions, BRS Pros installed a dewatering system called a French Drain in the crawl space. Installed the French Drain along the right side, rear, left side and part of left front interior foundation walls in the crawl space. And a 15 foot lateral drain on the right rear to where the water is standing on the liner toward the middle of crawl space. The French Drain will consist of 4 plastic water channel and 3/4″ washed stone wrapped in filter fabric. The French Drain system was then connected to our sealed sump pump/basin in the crawl space. Then it was extended and discharged into the left front corner. The drain was then connected to the ice cop, 3 inch drain and a bubbler pot.
