Basement & Radon Solutions installed a Sub-Membrane radon mitigation system on his already encapsulated crawl space. We installed the radon piping system below the existing encapsulated crawl space liner in the crawl space. The radon piping system was extended to the left front exterior of the home. After installing the piping system below the encapsulated liner, the liner was sealed with tape to seal the encapsulation. A 4 PVC pipe was then extended from the crawl space to the exterior where the radon fan was installed. The vent pipe from the radon fan was extended to above the roof line to expel the gas safely. After installing John’s mitigation system, the radon came back as 0.5 pCi/L! It was a pleasure helping John make his home happy, healthy, and safe!John also left us a 5 Star Review!”
