Basement & Radon Solutions, BRS Pros, intalled a crawlspace radon mitigation system. The goal of this system is to migitate the radon in the crawlspace before it enters the living area of the home. This system included us insalling a 4 radon depressurization suction line in the crawlspace. Then a 9-mil white 100% wover reinforced liner was installed over the suction line to cover the crawlspace floor and be mechanically fastened to the foundation walls. The suction line will extend to the right front exterior of the home. Then the radon fan was installed in this piping on the right front exterior of the home. The radon fan vent pipe from the fan was extend to just above the roof line to expel the radon gas. By doing this we got Jim’s radon gas level down to 1.1pCi/L! It was a pleasure helping Jim make his home safe, happy, and healthy!”
