Basement and Radon Solutions, BRS Pros, helped Jim by firstly ripping out all of his old insulation from the subfloor. Secondly, we installed a Hydro-Channel adjacent to the foundation. This Hydro-Channel will remove storm water up to 70% faster than a pipe and stone system and also has a 5 year transferable warranty. Thirdly, BRS Pros encapsulated the crawlspace with a 9-mil white 100% woven liner, made the crawlspace RADON READY, and installed new insulation. Lastly, we put in a Hygrometer Remote Humidity Sensor. The sensor wirelessly allows Jim to monitor the humidity and temperature of his crawlspace from inside his home.
