Jerry called us at BRS Pros to evaluate is wet crawlspace.Jerry was not sure if it was a gutter problem or something more serious. When Jerry had bought the home 3 years ago he was recommended a drainage system.

Basement & Radon Solutions, BRS Pros, offered a crawlspace repair service. BRS Pros installed a crawlspace Hydra-Channel along the rear interior perimeter foundation wall that connects to a new Pro-Series Sump Pump. The crawlspace was then encapsulated and made RADON READY. Foundation piers were wrapped and sealed and a 9-Mil white reinforced moisture barrier put in place. A radon piping system was installed below the ground liner.
