We removed the subfloor insulation, cleaned organic growth, reinstalled insulation, sealed foundation vents and piers, encapsulated the 2 crawlspaces with 16-mil, installed 2 Aprilaire 1850 dehumidifiers (one in each crawlspace), installed a condensate pump, electrically wired the dehumidifier.
