Basement & Radon Solutions, BRS Pros installed a Pro-Series PS-C33 Combination backup & Primary Pump to the existing sump basin. It automatically switches to battery power if the AC fails. The unique monitoring controller detects irregularities, sounds an alarm, and pinpoints problems. It also provides solutions on the control panel. The primary pump has a energy efficient PSC motor and is continuous duty rated and water cooled. Also the primary pump controller allows for adjustable pump run time and exercises Chris’s pump weekly to extend the pumps life. Dual float switches provide dependable activation for both primary and backup pumps. The backup will assist the primary pump if excessive amounts of water is entering Chris’s sump pump. This system maintains and recharges it’s battery automatically. Lastly, we installed a Pro-Series Connect WIFI module. In order for Chris to receive real time alerts to his mobile device, regarding the sump pump system. Chris will receive pump notifications while away from home. She can easily connect to the Pro Series PS-C-33 backup system. It connects using the home WIFI. It sends an alert when there is a possible issue with the primary or backup sump pump system. It also sends email and text notifications to Chris’s phone, tablet, or computer. She then will have the ability to check status on the Glentronics connect site.
