Basement & Radon Solutions, BRS Pros, made Ashley & Timothy’s crawlspace encapsulated. BRS Pros started the work by installing a liner. This liner is 9-mil white 100% woven reinforced liner that is also antibacterial. Because the liner is antibacterial it does not allow mold and other organic growth to grow on the liner. Next, BRS Pros installed an Aprilaire 1820 Dehumidifier in the crawlspace to help keep it dry. This dehumidifier will remove up to 70 pints on moisture per day! Lastly, BRS Pros installed a Hyrgometer Remote Humidity Sensor so that Ashley & Timothy can monitor their crawlspace’s humidity and temperature easily.
