BRS Pros installed a Baseboard Dewatering System for the Fire Department. We installed our warranted Baseboard dewatering system along part of the left rear and part of the right side of the department meeting room. Part of the left side, all of the rear and part of the right side office floor where system was installed in the ground was cleaned of oils, sealers, etc. The baseboard system was installed close to the wall with all necessary connectors and epoxied to the floor. The wall was covered with our 15-mil liner, secured, fastened and sealed behind the baseboard system to control moisture and water from the wall and direct to the baseboard system. A 2″ install our warranted Baseboard dewatering system complete as estimated along part of the left, rear and part of the right side of the department meeting room. Part of the left side, all of the rear and part of the right side office floor where system will be installed shall be ground to clean concrete of oils, sealers, etc. The baseboard system shall be installed close to the wall with all necessary connectors and epoxied to the floor. The wall shall be covered with a 15-mil liner, secured, fastened and sealed behind the baseboard system to control moisture and water from wall and direct to baseboard system. A 2″ PVC gravity drain was installed/sealed in and through the right rear side of the masonry foundation wall to the exterior. The PVC storm water drain terminates into the existing metal culvert on the right exterior of the structure. A gravity drain was installed/sealed in and through the right rear side of the masonry foundation wall to the exterior. The PVC storm water drain will terminate into the existing metal culvert on the right exterior of the structure.
